Elaine Tomlin

A native of Dublin, Elaine Tomlin is an Irish artist, textile and product designer. Elaine specialises in creating limited edition enchanting, abstract interior wall art and complimentary interior textiles.

Elaine comes from a family of artists and sculptresses spanning four generations, and she continues the family history with a love and appreciation of art design.

Favouring her medium acrylic, she is inspired by nature and her love of the County Wicklow landscape, such as the wonderful woodlands and lakes around Glendalough and Laragh, and the beach of Brittas Bay.

On the forest floors of Wicklow, between the trees, falls Woodland Light — an abstract work of colour and shadow that has inspired this illuminating tone found in the beautiful paintings of Elaine Tomlin.
